I brought in a suit that needed some major tailoring for an upcoming wedding, and I was so impressed with the results! The fit was just right, and I felt confident and comfortable. The process was smooth, and the team was really attentive. I appreciated their advice on how to maintain the suit after alterations as well. Just a small point to improve on would be to provide a clearer timeline for when alterations will be ready, but overall, fantastic service!

I've been to this alteration service multiple times, and each visit has been a fantastic experience! The attention to detail is remarkable. I recently brought in a pair of jeans that I thought were a lost cause due to the length, but the tailor worked magic! They not only hemmed them but also tailored the fit to hug my body perfectly. The atmosphere is welcoming, and I appreciate how the staff genuinely listens to your needs and gives honest feedback. One of my favorite aspects is that they offer a fitting after the first alterations, just to ensure everything is perfect. My only suggestion would be to perhaps expand their hours a bit for those of us who work during the day. Overall, it’s a top-notch spot for anyone needing alterations!

I recently had a dress altered here, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. They suggested a few adjustments that I hadn’t considered, which made the dress fit perfectly. The turnaround time was also impressive; I had my dress back sooner than expected! The only minor issue was that the parking was a bit tricky, but it was worth it for such great service. Will definitely return for any future alterations!
